Who we are

Perfect Blue is an online property portal focused mainly on Catalonia and Spain. It allows users to browse listings, create accounts, publish property listings, upload listing photos, and exchange messages about listings through the platform.

Perfect Blue is not the seller, landlord, buyer, tenant, or estate agent in relation to property transactions between users. Unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific feature, we do not act as a broker, legal adviser, financial adviser, valuer, surveyor, or notary.

Our role and platform boundaries

Listings and other advertiser content are provided by users or advertisers. Perfect Blue does not guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete, current, lawfully available, still on the market, or suitable for your needs.

We do not currently verify every listing, every advertiser, property ownership, legal status, property condition, dimensions, permits, price accuracy, or availability. Any property-specific checks, negotiations, viewings, contracts, deposits, and payments are handled directly between users and advertisers unless we clearly introduce a separate product that states otherwise.

Eligibility and account rules

You may use Perfect Blue only if you can lawfully enter into a binding agreement with us and comply with these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity carried out through your account. The information you provide must be accurate, current, and your own.

We may suspend or close accounts that are false, misleading, abusive, unlawful, compromised, or otherwise used in breach of these Terms.

Rules for listings and advertiser content

If you publish a listing, you are solely responsible for the content you submit, including text, photos, prices, locations, and other information. You must make sure that:

• you have the right to advertise the property and publish the content;
• the listing is lawful, accurate, and not misleading;
• the photos, text, and other materials do not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, image, database, or contractual rights;
• the property is genuinely available when listed;
• you update or remove the listing promptly if information changes or the property is no longer available;
• the listing does not contain prohibited, fraudulent, duplicate, or manipulative content.

Prohibited content and conduct

You must not:

• publish false, fraudulent, unavailable, duplicate, or misleading listings;
• impersonate another person or business;
• upload content you do not have the right to use;
• use the platform for spam, harassment, threats, scams, or unlawful discrimination;
• try to manipulate ranking, visibility, or search placement unfairly;
• scrape, copy, or systematically extract platform data without permission;
• interfere with the security or operation of the service.

Messaging

Perfect Blue provides messaging tools that allow users to communicate about listings. Messages must be used for genuine property-related communication. You must not use messaging to send spam, phishing links, unlawful offers, payment scams, or abusive content.

We may limit, review, suspend, or disable messaging where reasonably necessary for safety, security, moderation, support, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.

Reporting and moderation

If you believe that a listing, photo, message, or other content is inaccurate, suspicious, unlawful, infringing, or otherwise problematic, you can contact us at contact@perfectblue.es with the relevant link and a short explanation.

We may investigate reports and may remove, disable, restrict access to content, or suspend accounts where we believe this is necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, respond to complaints, comply with law, or reduce platform risk.

Licence to use content

You keep ownership of the content you upload. However, by submitting listing text, photos, or other content to Perfect Blue, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, resize, crop, compress, translate, index, publish, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and promote the platform and the listing.

This licence ends when the content is removed from the live service, subject to reasonable backup, archival, legal, and dispute-resolution needs.

No guarantee or advice

Information on Perfect Blue is provided for general marketplace use only. Perfect Blue does not provide legal, tax, mortgage, investment, or valuation advice. You should make your own enquiries and obtain independent professional advice where needed.

Before sending money or signing any document, you should verify the advertiser, the property, the terms, and any documents relevant to the transaction.

Safety warnings

Property scams exist. Be especially cautious if a deal looks unusually cheap, if someone refuses reasonable verification or a viewing, if you are rushed to pay, if you are asked to continue only off-platform, or if you receive payment links to unfamiliar websites.

Do not rely solely on listing text or images. Report suspicious messages or listings to us as soon as possible and keep evidence of the communication.

Availability of the service

We try to keep the platform available and functioning properly, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent retention of any particular feature, listing, or message.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service where necessary for product, legal, security, or operational reasons.

Free launch and future paid features

At launch, Perfect Blue currently allows users to browse listings, publish listings, and send messages through the platform without charge. This launch model may change.

We may later introduce paid plans, paid upgrades, paid promotional tools, subscriptions, or other optional paid features. If we do, we will present the relevant prices, taxes, billing terms, renewal terms, and any additional feature-specific terms before you are asked to subscribe, pay, or activate that feature.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Perfect Blue is not responsible for user or advertiser content, the truthfulness of listings, the condition or legality of properties, the conduct of users, or transactions entered into between users and advertisers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the website with a new "Last updated" date. If we introduce a material adverse change, we may provide additional notice.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Perfect Blue is oriented towards users in Spain and the European Union. The governing law and jurisdiction that apply to these Terms will be confirmed and published in an updated version of this page.

Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
